Pickup Policy
As of January 1, 2024, our policy for customer order pickup has been
modified. Once the order has been registered and the “Pick up in Store” option has been selected, you will have a period of no more than sixty (60) days for its collection. Many of our products are limited edition, so we are committed to guaranteeing their availability within this planned period. Once this period of time has expired, the order will be considered abandoned, without any obligation to return or grant credit. If you find yourself in a situation that prevents you from collecting your order at time, contact our boutique and we will help you find the right solution.
